IMSciences, PBA Arranges Seminar On Islamic Banking

Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF), IMSciences, Peshawar, in collaboration with the Peshawar Bar Association (PBA) arranged a seminar on The Legal Aspects of Islamic Banking for the lawyer community of Peshawar
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Dec, 2017 ) :Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF), IMSciences, Peshawar, in collaboration with the Peshawar Bar Association (PBA) arranged a seminar on The Legal Aspects of Islamic Banking for the lawyer community of Peshawar.
The speaker of the session was Dr. Najeeb Zada, an alumnus of INCEIF Malaysia and lecturer at Islamia College Peshawar. He explained the different products of Islamic Banking and its legal issues related to the bank and customers.
He also shared different cases with participants related to Islamic Banking.
The session was followed by question and answer session in which senior lawyers asked different questions regarding legal issues, laws and its implementation in Islamic Banking.
At the end of the session vote of thanks and appreciation was extended to the CEIF IMSciences by Mr. Ashfaq Khalil, General Secretary Peshawar Bar Association and also requested for arranging a 03-day workshop on Islamic Banking for the lawyer community. The President Bar Association also appreciated the efforts of CEIF IMSciences for the promotion of Islamic Finance.
