German investor confidence rebounds from August plunge: survey

Confidence among German investors rebounded in September, beating analyst expectations to recover almost all of a steep plunge last month, a regular survey showed Tuesday

FRANKFURT AM MAIN, Sept 19, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2017 ) - Confidence among German investors rebounded in September, beating analyst expectations to recover almost all of a steep plunge last month, a regular survey showed Tuesday.

The ZEW institute's monthly barometer -- which measures financial players' expectations for the coming months -- leapt from 10 to 17 points, outstripping the 13.5 points predicted by analysts surveyed by Factset and almost recovering July's level of 17.5.
