14 shopkeepers fined over profiteering

Price Control Magistrate Riaz Hussain Anjum on Friday imposed a heavy fine on 14 shopkeepers over profiteering

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Sep, 2017 ) : Price Control Magistrate Riaz Hussain Anjum on Friday imposed a heavy fine on 14 shopkeepers over profiteering. According to a spokesman for the City District Government, the price control magistrate conducted surprise visits to various markets and checked quality and sale of daily use commodities.

He found 14 shopkeepers involved in profiteering, on which he imposed a total fine of Rs 37,000 on them.
