Riyadh, February (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 04 فبراير 2025ء) Organized by the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health in collaboration with Umm Al-Qura University, the event is held under the theme "Innovating for the Future of Occupational Safety and Health." It aims to enhance workplace environments, making them safer and healthier in line with Saudi Vision 2030’s emphasis on innovation to improve working conditions and occupational safety standards.
The event seeks to attract creative minds from various fields and encourage them to develop innovative solutions for workplace challenges, focusing on practical ideas that improve safety and occupational health. It also provides innovators a valuable opportunity to present their projects to investors and business incubators, enabling them to transform their ideas into startup ventures that can make a tangible impact in the occupational safety and health sector.
Registration for the second edition of the hackathon will continue until February 25. The event targets university students, entrepreneurs, professionals, employees from public and private sectors, and local and international innovators from various industries. A total of SAR150,000 in prize money has been allocated to be divided among five winners with outstanding ideas.
