Supreme Court rejects Sindh government's plea 18th amendment.

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar announced the verdict and rejected the Sindh government’s request.

Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 16th January, 2018) The Supreme Court of Pakistan has rejected the appeal of Sindh government against rolling out 18th amendment.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday announced the verdict reserved on 18th amendment.

Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar announced the verdict and rejected the Sindh government’s request.

The CJP remarked that the reasons for rejecting Sindh government’s request will be given in the detailed verdict.

The Sindh government had requested over provincial authority delegated in the 18th Constitutional Amendment.
