Emirates Science Club to participate in ‘Open Robotics Competition’ in Kuwait
The Emirates Science Club, a branch of the Cultural and Scientific Association, will participate in the 12th Open Arab Robotics Competition, which is being organised by the Engineering and Petroleum Faculty and will be held in Kuwait from 8th to 10th January, 2019.
DUBAI, (Pakistan Point News - 02nd Jan, 2019) The Emirates Science Club, a branch of the Cultural and Scientific Association, will participate in the 12th Open Arab Robotics Competition, which is being organised by the Engineering and Petroleum Faculty and will be held in Kuwait from 8th to 10th January, 2019.
The club will participate through two teams of students, out of a total of 152 teams who are aged from nine years to university graduates.
The participating teams will represent all Arab countries, to encourage interest in technology, mathematics, sciences and engineering. The forum will include seven robotics competitions in various age groups and technological categories.
The competition, which began in 2008, is one of the leading tournaments in the Arab region in the field of robotics.
