Keeping in view the Department of Anatomy and Histology of the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahoreorganised a daylongHands-on Training on “Mice Handling, Tissue Sampling & Oocyte Collection” here inCity Campus Lahore. Dean Faculty of Biosciences Prof Dr Habib-ur-Rehmanchaired the concluding ceremony of the training and distributed certificates among participantsand resource persons.
In his address, Prof Dr Habib-ur-Rehman appreciated the efforts of the department for arranging such trainings on regular basis. Chairperson Department of Anatomy and Histology Dr Hafsa Zaneb was the chief organizer of this training andHafiz Faseeh ur Rehmanwas the Training Coordinator while other resource persons of training wereDr Saima Masood andDr Mirza Muhammad Usman. In whichundergraduate and postgraduate students from Department of Zoology, Government College University (GCU) Lahore, Department of food Science & Human Nutrition, Biological Sciences and Biochemistry from UVAS were participated.
