Two drugs pusher held with 10kg opium in Mirpurkhas
The Excise Police arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 10 kilogram opium from their possession here on Tuesday.
MIRPURKHAS, (Pakistan Point News - 23rd Jan, 2018 ) : The Excise Police arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 10 kilogram opium from their possession here on Tuesday. Headed by District Intelligence Officer Abdul Jabbar Gharano, the Excise Police conducted operation against elements involved in business of drugs near Bacha Bund Umerkot, Mirpurkhas.
The police during search of a suspected car bearing registration number AGN-860, recovered 10 kilogram opium and arrested two culprits on board identified as Abdul Rahim Brohi and Muhammad Farooq Brohi, residents of Shadadpur district Sanghar.
A case has been registered against the accused and investigations are under way. Meanwhile the Minister for Excise and Taxation & Narcotics Mukesh Kumar Chawla has lauded the performance of Excise Police Mirpurkhas and hoped that it will continue efforts against drug peddlers.
