WASHINGTON, (Pakistan Point News – 11th Jan, 2017) : Director Melissa Mayer has decided to leave the board of Yahoo! After which the new company buying Yahoo! has decided to change its name to Altaba. Melissa Meyer revealed that she will be leaving the company with $55 million package and the shares of the firm will be given to a new firm which will name it Altaba. Verizon confirmed plans to acquire Yahoo for $4.8 billion in July, and a new financial filing from Yahoo includes details of what's going to happen next.
