Senate Body Lauds ANF For Arrest Of Drug Peddlers' Ring Leader

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jan, 2017 ) : Chairman of the Senate's Standing Committee on Interior and Anti-Narcotic Force Rehman Malik Wednesday appreciated the Anti-Narcotic Force (ANF) for apprehending the ring leader of drug peddlers operating in educational institutions of the twin cities of Islambad and Rawalpindi.
He was addressing the Sub-Committee on Interior and Narcotics Control, which met here at the Parliament House with Col (r) Syed Tahir Hussain Mashhadi in the chair. Syed Shibli Faraz and Dr Jehanzeb Jamaldini attended the meeting.
Rehman Malik said the Senate body had several meetings on the issue of drugs supply in Federal eductaional institutions. The ANF Director General and his staff deserved appreciation for arresting the drug smuggler.
