Factory worker killed, owner injured during robbery

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Feb, 2017 ) : Unidentified robbers shot dead a factory worker and injured the owner during a robbery in Ghulam Muhammad Abad police area. A police spokesman said here Tuesday that four bandits forced their entry into Saleem Weaving Factory at Faiz Abad when factory owner Muhammad Naeem was in the factory along with cash of Rs 200,000.

The intruders tried to loot cash at gunpoint but the factory workers offered resistance. Robbers opened fire on them. As a result, a 50-year-old factory worker Maqbool Shah died on-the-spot while Muhammad Naeem received bullet injuries. He was shifted to hospital in a critical condition.
